A VIP red carpet kicks off the night with Miss Pennsylvania circling the crowd. Philly ChitChat's HughE Dillon will be on the scene to capture the vibe. Passed hors d'oeuvres will fill your belly and an open bar to wash it down. A quick ceremony to celebrate our city's best nonprofit filmmakers and community leaders, then its to the dance floor we go.
